Tonaire ending up last in her semifinal and the news about the possibility for the HoD to resign from his position, which came out shortly after the start of this edition's confirmations period, we can proudly announce that the Central African Republic is determined to try again and the delegation as well as the Central African public hopes for the 3-edition non-qualification streak to end in a qualification.
