This was probably the hardest Special Edition theme in the history of this contest and you all did such a great job.
It will make it the most retro as well.
I have received 31 submissions. This means there will be no semi-finals.

Tango "The time will come" (Bondi Wesolowski, 1936)

Bohdan (Bondi) Wesolowski is a Ukrainian composer, singer and accordionist, born in 1915 in Vienna,  Austria.
After the First World War his family moved to Stryi, as for that moment -  Poland (currently, the Lviv region).
At the age of 16 he started writing music, at the age of 22 he wrote one of his most popular songs - "The time will come".
The song heritage of the composer includes more than 130 works. Songs of the first (Lviv) period are mainly tango, foxtrot, light waltz.
The lyrics of these songs was mostly about love. Wesolovski was considered "the king" of the old Ukrainian tango!
During World War II he was an officer in Austria-German boundary. Since 1949 lived in  Canada.
In Canada Bohdan Wesolowski worked as a chief-editor of Ukrainian version of Radio Canada International in Montreal.
In 1960 Wesolowski was allowed to visit Ukraine... Songs by Wesolowski were forbidden in USSR,
though were performed anonymously. The revival of Wesolowski's music in Ukraine rises in 2000s.
Bohdan Wesolowski and the soloist of the Yabtsyo-jazz band Irena Yarosevich, later known as Renata Anders
(Polish pop singer, theater and film actress of Ukrainian origin, captain of the Polish army, wife of general Vladislav Anders)
were the first to perform the Tango song "The time will come".

Just post to say that it's nice to see Cyprus host both the first and last editions of this decade)
Also, I noticed that Limassol is only the 4th city to host more than once, with Cologne, London and Mazatlan)
