You can confirm for the next edition now!
All entries, regardless of whether they are selected internally or through a national selection, must be sent via the official approval form which will now be used instead of PMs from this edition onwards.

For this edition, agni , Alper and kev will be in charge of approvals. Please be in contact with them if you require any assistance.
You are only allowed to send a maximum of 2 approval forms. This is so the council can concentrate on things more important than dealing with a minor song change in a national selection, for example. If you send a third approval form (unless asked by the council to do so), we will not reply to it, and your new songs will not be considered. If after 1 week you do not receive any movement or update on your songs, you can of course contact the approvals team to remind them.
Effective as of edition #17, the number of songs that can be sent for approval as part of a national selection is capped at 20 - this is to lower the likelihood of songs being sent for 2+ countries, and also because no one in the council wants to put 50 songs in a sheet at once. You may start your national selection as soon as it is approved, and anyone intending on selecting internally can reveal their artist, provided the song choice isn't obvious.
A new feature that comes along with the approval form is a sheet where you can track the approval status of your entries (Approved - Partly Approved - Declined). You will only receive a message from the approvals team if your songs are partly approved or declined. Check out this sheet below!
