Ninelie as a nation has been closed from everyone for decades, alone with their own shadows, fighting their own problems but we've awaken up after a long slumber to show ourselves to the broad world. Ninelie is a metaphor for someone who keeps on fighting to see the light of day. It's ok to be different, to be your own individual and to be alone.
