Just moments ago TRM held a press conference confirming the  participation of Moldova in the 40th edition of the North Vision Song Contest.

SWEDEN RETURNS TO THE COMPETITION!
15 January 2023. After the surprising withdrawal in the last edition, the Swedish Head of Delegation responsible for the North Vision Song Contest of  SVT, Jan Björkman, has now officially confirmed, that the nation is set to return to the jubilee edition of the North Vision Song Contest.
METHOD OF SELECTION UNKNOWN!
It is unclear as of yet, how the Swedish entry will be chosen.
The Head of Delegation, Jan Björkman, stated the following:
"On behalf of the SVT team, we are proud to announce our comeback to the contest after an unplanned but necessary one-edition-break. Our broadcasting situation is not quite stable yet, but we are working hard in order to complete the restructuring process within the upcoming edition. This is expected to require a little more time and more financial means. Due to these circumstances, we can not confirm any method of selection thus far, but Swedish singers and bands, as well as interested foreign musicians are able to submit their songs to SVT nonetheless."

  Estonia confirms participation in Northvision Song Contest #40  On January 15, 2023, the Estonian broadcaster ERR officially announced the country's participation in the contest. After the 39th edition, where Estonia finished fifth, which became the country's second best result in the competition (just after Kerli who came second in the 20th edition), the interest in the contest in the country has definitely increased and more artists have expressed their interest in taking part.However, due to financial reasons and indecisiveness about the rightness of this system, the Estonian broadcaster decided not to return Eesti Laul, and on the same day announced that the song would be selected internally. Over thousands of songs have been submitted, so they are currently being analyzed by a professional jury. Shortlist of participants may be revealed soon. Stay Tuned!And by the way, I wanted to thank you very much for the result in the previous edition, because I didn't do it before. RTSH CONFIRMS THE RETURN IN 40TH NVSC EDITION. 
Azerbaijan will be taking part in the North Vision Song Contest 40 in 
Georgia last edition after Sopio T failed to qualify from the Pre-Qualification Round last edition, the delegation remains to be grateful for a seamlessly good debut in the contest.
