GREECE CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION.
After successfully welcoming 56 countries to  Athens for the forth jubilee edition, Greece confirmed their participation for North Vision Song Contest 41. ERT gave out some informations regarding the nation's appearance in  Austria and Ina Gayardi's successor! National selection confirmed!  ▲ Ina Gayardi representing Greece as the host entry in Athens last edition. The Greek participation in the upcoming North Vision Song Contest is now officially confirmed by ERT during the general press conference. ERT's Head of Delegation, Mr. George Jeckhas affirmed that Greece is going to select the next representative via a national selection, which gave the country’s first victory back then in  Andorra. However, it is still under a consideration within the team whether NorthSong will be continued, or a new format will be rather introduced.

 NORWAY CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION! Oslo, Norway • 28 May 2023 After a lot of speculations about a possible withdrawal after the country reached its worst placement in the long history of the contest, NRK announced in a press conference this evening that  Norway will still take part as the contest moves to its 5th decade. After one-edition break, one of the longest-running Northvision national selection Den Norsken Sangen will most likely come back.

SWEDEN CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION!
28 May 2023. The Swedish Head of Delegation responsible for the North Vision Song Contest of  SVT, Jan Björkman, has officially confirmed, that Sweden will continue its participation in the North Vision Song Contest.
LOOK FORWARD TO FANTASIFESTIVALEN!
It has officially been revealed, that another edition of Fantasifestivalen would be held in order to determine the Swedish entry.
The Head of Delegation, Jan Björkman, stated the following:
"The Swedish delegation is very happy with the outcome of Felicia Takman's result in the 40th North Vision Song Contest, as well as the organisation by the North Broadcasting Union. There has been no doubt about a Swedish future under the current Head of Delegation. We already feel very excited to host another fantastic edition of Fantasifestivalen and look forward to the competition in Austria."

 HELLO KOSOVO!
Kosovo had long been the country to make the biggest efforts of becoming an active NBU member without succeeding. However, on May 19th, the announcement was finally made: The Balkan saga will be elaborate, as the last Balkan country to not debut was granted full NBU membership.
The failure of the new Algerian delegation to break the non-qualification streak incited disappointment amongst the Algerian fanbase which supported a change in the delegation.
After RTK was admitted as a full active member of the North Broadcasting Union, the former Algerian HoD expressed interest in debuting with the newly-admitted member. Following lengthy negotiations, vaggelis10 was ultimately appointed as the Head of the Kosovar Delegation and will be in charge of the participation of the country in the contest starting the 41st edition.
And with that, I can proudly announce that Kosovo will be officially debuting in the North Vision Song Contest 41 held in Austria.
Despite never debuting yet, the Kosovar nation has left a noticeable legacy to the history of the contest, with several Kosovar artists representing other countries, most notably  Albania, with Kosovar-born Mimoza attaining the 6th place (Albania's best result ever their victory not being counted) 5 editions ago in  Bologna, where the slogan was, coincidentally, Leaving Legacies.
INTERNAL SELECTION ON THE HORIZON
Due to my Panellinies scheduling issues and the recency of RTK's membership, the Delegation announced, during a press conference held earlier today in Prishtina, that a national selection at this stage was deemed very unlikely.
Instead, it was announced that song-searching had already begun, with 3 artists -whose names were nonetheless not announced- having been shortlisted and making conversations with the delegation concerning their participation in Austria.
