Yes, you read right. To celebrate the twentieth edition, for the first time ever swapping your countries after the country draw will be allowed!
More details about how everything will work will be announced after the country draw, before the swapping aware.
However, be aware that you will not be able to swap your countries completely freely. The rules about the country zones and countries you have recieved in the last five editions have to be followed.
