Tom will be given a reasonable amount of ban-time which is about one month and a half, until 15th November 2014, for:
-Having heavily insulted and cursed two members of the forums in a shameful way; - Having kept the silence around the forums even if the argument was recently debated in the "Random Discussion" thread; - Having failed to apologize to her, or at least on the forums for his behaviour; - Having used a racist sentence which might hurt the directly interested people's feelings on here.
In addition, Tom will be given a 50% warning as well. When will the ban-time start? |

I never wanted people to hate him. I'm even sorry that things ended like this... I can't feel sorry for her sister and Franck. About her I've a dilemma. No words...

About Franck and his annoying message... I'm still sure he only did this because he supported blindly Blandine's side. What should I add more to this part? I told him I didn't like the fact he was doing this because he was a soldier of Blandine (I remember I used the word "dick" ) and then he started to insult me - maybe even more then I insulted Melanie?  (I don't know if these posts are already added in  Rick's summary of screenshots  )   Are you serious? You dare saying that I insulted you? I tried to discuss with you like a civilised person you called me a dick twice, you lied to me about what you and Blandine said, you hid the insults you sent to Mélanie and Blandine, you pretended that Blandine had insulted you, and finally when you explained why I was a dick, a message full of nice and well-based facts. Don't you think it's a normal and (you like these words) behaviour to tell you honestly what I think about you? Couldn't you expect that I tell you the truth about you? I don't regret what I said and yeah, farewell! (btw Blandine also reacted badly to your message if it's interesting for you) |

Okay so I've read everything and updated myself about Blandine/Mélanie/Tom/Anyone else. And I'm sure everyone would like this is dark, disgusting and despicable time behind us so I'll try to keep things short. Dear Tom-I'm pretty sure I don't "blindly" support Blandine. Actually, just in case you didn't notice or it slipped your mind or something, you kinda offended Blandine, Mélanie, many other forum members, every Dutch female, and ' ONLY' about 66 million people living in France, so my support of Blandine and Mélanie and my disappointment in you is quite justified.-I hope I don't need to tell you AGAIN that a (very) small group of people does NOT equal an entire population………-Last time I checked, calling multiple people a "dick" is not polite………However,-If you're being bullied at school, then I feel sorry for you for being bullied. But taking your anger out on someone innocent like Blandine, then later Mélanie and Franck and Jan and others, etc. is despicable and uncalled for.
-I was bullied in primary school and I felt worthless, but I got over it and now live a happier life. I suggest you do the same.
-This is a legitimate suggestion and I don't mean any offence, but have you considered seeing a psychologist or something if your bullying at school has led you to lash out like this?
I don't know the full story, but from what I've seen/read, I have to admit that Blandine was being a little naïve by falling in love with someone she hasn't even met. However, you never had to call her a slut/whore simply because she's lost her virginity. She never deserved that.
I feel really sorry for her after she's wasted her time falling in love and talking to you.
And then when Mélanie came to defend her sister, you threatened to kill her. That's foul. I understand she wanted to kill you first, but you had attacked her sister Blandine, so naturally she's bound to react like that.
You claim that you reacted like any human would (in regards to Mélanie threatening you) by wanting to run her over with a car, but you have to understand that Mélanie's comment about killing you was ALSO a human reaction to defend her sister. She was putting her sister's wellbeing at a priority, and responded as any family member would if their relative was being treated the same way you treated Blandine.
It also sickens me with how nonchalant you're being about all this. You're not apologising to everyone you've offended (and remember you have he entire population of France to apologise to, jus' sayin'). The way you use your 'happy smileys' ( etc) makes me think that you're somehow proud of what you said, as if you have no regrets. That's unacceptable.
I just have one thing left to say to you:
I hope you learn a LOT from this experience. Know that people don't like being called a "dick" (a shocker, I know) and that women don't like being called sluts just because they've had sex. I sincerely hope you come out of this a better man, because if you don't absorb anything from this, then God help you. I'd recommend starting by apologising. Admitting that you've made some mistakes is the first step to gain maturity from this experience. It may not sound like it, but I really do hope for the best for you. I hope you have a better understanding of the world and I hope that ifyou return after your ban that you have legitimately matured on an emotional level, otherwise I (and probably everyone else) will be even more disappointed in you.
After all, when I joined the forums, I joined to have fun, not deal with cyber bullying.
