Well, I've done it. I've officially made it into law school  This year was an absolute rollercoaster. Adjusting to university, a turbulent social life and underestimating how much study I needed to do saw my grades at the end of the first semester be nowhere near what I needed them to be. I put my foot down in the second semester, studying harder than ever before and putting everything on the backburner. But the hundreds of pages of notes and numerous sleepless nights all paid off when I was given an offer of place earlier today. The first year of law school is really strange - instead of having a strict entrance criteria, they have a low entry requirement into law school and then cut the cohort drastically throughout the year. At the end of the year, only 1 in 3 students get offered a place into law school and it's really cutthroat, but it's humbling and emotional to know I am one of the lucky ones who gets the opportunity to pursue my career aspirations in the field of law, especially at one of the best law schools in the world. I cannot wait to fully immerse myself in the university experience and enjoy everything it has to offer. Bring on law school and bring on 2019 |

my course is SELAMS ( School of Education Liberal Arts Music and Social Work )
major Broadcasting, former of Performing Arts
