The current categorization of the contests is surreal. There are 7 on the main page and 19 in the other contests' section.
They're too many to follow, and there are still coming even more contests.
What could be done is categorizing the contests (exclusive the current main page ''Grand Contests'') in a state of size, status, area, alphabet, or another state, as it cleans up and makes it more clear for not only members but guests, and also attracts more to the eye than a messy forum, and allows the forums to grow as well, which we would all like to see.
Of course the state and form of all the current sub-boards, will be maintained when the contests are moved.
I'm as well prepared to do a test myself, if the admins would like to see what I have in mind,, and everything can be put back again, if disliked, in some minutes. That way we can see better what the users like!
Another thing is we need to advertise these forums in maybe our contest video's, to make the forums more lively and amusing for participants in online music contests all over the world. Use YouTube, Twitter & Facebook as examples.

We should give it a chance, I'd say. We all want the forums to be big, social and full of fun and entertainment.
