My application: Even if I don't have a very different music style, I'm an impartial person, so I can make a difference in the results. I usually vote songs which I like, and also, the ones who I think should qualify because of originality. My vote wouldn't be as "This is underrated, this not." I would vote the songs which make me feel good and transmit something nice. If I were a jury member, I would be very happy to find new and different songs, as music is one of my million favourites things. I also think it's not important to say how many editions you've been on the Imagine Song Contest. I've not voted on every edition's final or semifinal. But anyway, it would be different to be a jury of the contest.
Good luck to all.

I wrote on 4 June 2013 the next 4 steps but I want to add some more steps on this list since I've developed myself as well in this contest. 1). I'll only listen to the songs, the users who sent the entries aren't interesting for me. It's only about the music. 2). I've a good & comprehensive music taste. 3). I've just much leisure to do it at a quiet way. 4). I know aslo many songs which are from before the 21st century. 5). I vote in every final of the Imagine Song Contest since the 19th edition. Since the 20th edition I vote as well in every semi final. 6). I'm already participating since the 11th edition and I've never missed out an edition so far. 7). I'd applied as well back in June 2013. I hope I can make it this time through to the juries. So good luck (again) with this and good luck for everyone who applied this time for the juries. - Tom.

I'd love to be a jury member for a few reasons: 1) I probably won't be participating in ISC anymore as I can't find the time to look for new music so i'd still feel apart of ISC if I was a jury member. 2) Although I haven't participated the past few editions, I've still voted in a lot of the semi finals/finals 3) I tend to vote more for originality than unoriginality 4) I don't care who submits what song 5) I debuted in the 1st edition of ISC and I also finished 2nd

I would love to be a jury member for the ISC. The following reasons are why I think I will make a good member:-
1. I Check the forums every day least two/ three times as I like to be up to date with what is happening and so I am not late to any voting that is happening and as a jury member that is important to get our votes in as soon as possible as we are key to the competitions.
2. I absolutely love music from soul ballads to rock and pop so I have no bias feelings towards any genre of music and I like to go for music that stands out so my votes my not necessarily go to the most popular song out there and that could shake up the results and make unknown songs and artist get themselves out there.
3. Ii cannot be influenced by friends or other member that I get on well with if a song is rubbish then I will not votes for them but if I like a song then it gets my votes as simple as that it is a music contest therefore the music should be judged not which of my friends I want in the final.
4. And finally, I love the ISC the range of music that comes from this contest is amazing and the fact that so many people want to be a part of it is great and therefore I want to be a part of it too not just by entering song but by jury voting too!!
Thanks for reading.

ApplicationI may have recently been slightly lost along the way of where I am in the world, but if there's one thing that I know isn't inside in my brain, but is deeply rooted to my heart, that has helped to keep me going on the right path so far in life since I've ever existed on this planet and that is of course - music. I've spent the vast majority of my life listening to music, writing music, writing lyrics, playing music and talking about music... even dreaming about music. Whether it be in English or not. It's something that is part of me and has a big place to me, because it's not something that I just "like" but it's something I have a deep passion for. I'm more commonly known to be adapted and routed to foreign language, but music - and the things surround music - have given me more successful and joyous moments in my life than I could ever imagine, whether it be from the moment I was placed on stage at the theatre with my choir doing a musical with the UK national tour cast, or that moment I stepped onto stage to a reception audience of more than 18,000 people at our football stadium in Newcastle singing as a backing choir for Rod Stewart, or that moment I celebrated the fallen ones of our country on the Armistice Day service at Durham Cathedral with my University Choir. Music has helped to quintessentially, shape who I am and to give me the common boundaries of where I can always go to when words are too hard to speak for yourself. Some of the artists in my life that i'm thankful for, I just can't begin to list, because that would be endless. Their lyrics and music are so special to me and to hear music every day reminds me that we belong on Earth for a reason. Whether it be me playing classical music on my piano yourlisten.com/manhattanfromthesky/fr-elise-short-versionOr writing my own songs yourlisten.com/manhattanfromthesky/dont-worry-original-songOr even covering a song from eurovision ... yourlisten.com/manhattanfromthesky/euphoria-coverEvery body has a story to tell, and the way I tell and share mine, is with the loving help of music. Thank you.

I would apply as a jury member because:Even though I'm not a fan of every song out there, I feel like I can relate to all songs in their own way. I like music from all over the world and even though I mainly listen to similar music, because that's my major taste, I enjoy other types of music as well. I wouldn't rate songs by my taste, but rather rate them overall. Although I debuted lately to ISC, I knew about it before and I've watched older recaps. I wanted to join earlier but I always missed the deadline. I also feel like that could help me, because if I should miss the deadline in the future, if I'm in the jury, I could still rate songs. That's my reasoning really, nothing extravaganza and I'm pretty sure I'll get beaten by others.
