Today, Eesti Laulovoistlust #3 will take place in Saku Suurhall in Tallinn !
The singers are set, the sponsors ready !
Also, today, ERR will announce the final sponsor winner and their prize, as well as the voting procedure.

PROBLEM
Today, the song-writers of "Jos sä tahdot niin" announced ERR that they don't wanna be in the competition anymore. A back-up song is going to be used for the NS called "Pimeä onni" !
VOTING PROCEDURE
There will be 3 parts :
1. Jury-sponsor voting
The sponsors are voting as juries. But they can't vote their song ! The points are 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.
2. The poll
An online poll will be up on ERR's site. You can vote there your favourite !
P.S. : Sponsors can vote too.
3. Televote
ALL the users (inclusive the sponsors) can vote here ! You have 100.000 points and you must give points to at least 5 songs. |

THE PRESENTERSAfter long discussions about this, ERR internally sellected the presenters. This time we will have 1 foreign presenter !  ELINA BORN   CHLÖE HOWL
THE INTERVAL ACTSWe will have 4 interval acts :1. Waf Koor imitating the soundtrack of  NVSC 06
2. "Miss Calculation" by Elina Born
3.  "Silhouettes" by Of Monsters and Men - as most voted song by the Estonians in a NS
4. "Paper Heart" by Chlöe Howl |

About Eesti Laulovoistlust :
- The final will be aired on March 22nd, this Saturday !
- The host-city will be Tallinn, the show will be in ETV Tallinn Studio - 1.400 capacity
- The final number of qualifers will be 6 out of 11 !
- The presenters will be : Tanja (ESC 2014) and Bogdan Hellesburgh (HoD) !
- The voting method : Every country that wants to vote will give to their best 6 the following points : 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 [the votes will be reduced to 200 points]. An online-poll will also be opened on Saturday [the votes will be reduced to 200]. The ponderation of those will be 50-50, making it 200 points for the juries, 200 for the poll.
- The result date is still unknown.
For  Dziesma & Laul
- The dates are unknown.
- The host-city will be Võiste, the NS will be held in a new studio, with the capacity of 8.000.
- As you may know, 6 + 6 = 12, that's the number of songs that will participate in Voiste. The best Estonian will represent Estonia, the best Latvian will represent Lavia. The voting method is identical to the EL one BUT there will also be the televote with 200 points (each country gets 10.000 points - they must vote at least 6 songs[it doesn't matter how many are latvian and how many are estonian]), so the ponderation will be 33.333-33.33-33.33 (jury-poll-TV).
- The hosts will be Bogdan Hellesburgh and Kazucchi Joker." |

Changes in the internal management of the Eesti Rahvusringhääling!
From the 13th edition onwards, Rick will be a part of the official Estonian Delegation Team, beside How Bogs How Blue, who is the main HoD.
These changes will lead to several updates, including an improvement of the general graphic design.
