Tom although you don't like (I could even say that you hate) our song, latvians loved Netherlands performance and I think you got from us at least  (it could be also all 12)... You want to know why? Because latvians love schlager/country music and your performance (like ours) wasn't fake and was without any special effects... but we didn't qualified although it was our best performance from last 6 years, when we failed to qualify... But I have to say this quote from one movie, that completely describes Latvians and our music - "We are different and people (this time Europe) don't like what's different" You can't ensure that  Latvia gave us high points, although it could be possible and I would be grateful for every high points in the semi final. But I have a strong feeling to it, that's why I said it... of course the reality we'll only see when the votes will be revealed, but if we'll give  Netherlands at least  in the final, then that will prove my feeling were right and we won't even need the semi votes to be revealed... I say this also because your entry was my sisters favorite that night (and she doesn't like country or schlager music much - that must be something special to like her)... also few other people that I have never heard listening to this kinda music said they really liked it because it wasn't fake... And more - in twitter (except our entry) Netherlands (only in latvian ofc) were the most mentioned country due to ESC. Even for Lauris Reiniks Netherlands was one of his 3 favourites that night  If at the begining your song was only 23rd in my top (which was months ago), then now it has grown so much in me, that it could probably be the biggest grower in my top after the show  And I'm not joking... |

First of all: your name is "Tommapönk", and our entry's performers are "Pollapönk", and "Tómas" is an icelandic name, the nickname would be "Tommi" and in the tense for your name, it would be "Tomma", if you understand this please let me know... |

Last year my favourite was  Takasa so I changed it to "Tomkasa". This year my favourite is indeed  Pollapönk so I changed it to "Tommapönk". However, I didn't know before about this matches in this several names. |

Oh well, that's interesting. My realname is just Tom but every year (well at least since last year) I change my display name to my favourite artist(s) in the Eurovision Song Contest. Last year my favourite was Takasa so I changed it to "Tomkasa". This year my favourite is indeed Pollapönk so I changed it to "Tommapönk".
