For the first time ever, the public will finally have its sayings in the Albanian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.
There will be changes both in the semi finals and the finals.
The semi finals has made a really huge change when it comes to the public voting (which is way too complicated for me to tell here, so just read the article)
And the final will have a 60/40 method, where 60% is from the jury, and 40% from the public televoting.
Will this change of voting give Albania a winner worthy enough to give Albania a good result? We'll find out in December.

Actually... It's not televoting as televoting but public jury. RTSH will select a random group of people who will represent the public.

They now have a jury, press and public component to the voting - it's really starting to become reminiscent of Sanremo  Although it's not the first time they're using televoting, I'm soooo excited for this  I just pray it's not anytime later than December 26 otherwise I won't be able to watch it :\ |

At least they introduced the public a bit, but who knows if this is enough for (f.e.) Ronela Hajati or Lindita Halimi to apply. |
