  De Vremdspongeln confirms its participation for the upcoming edition of the Fantasia Contest. After The Girl and the Dreamcather finally managed to qualify to the final for the first time in the country's history, De Vremd 1 feels that this is the right path to follow and therefore we'll come back with the third edition of En Vremd Lied, probably with also 8 songs, however, the auditions are still running, the next informations will follow soon, so stay tuned. 
We would also like to wish the best of luck to The Girl and the Dreamcather, we're already really proud of them being the first ever Vremd finalists, now all they have to do is to enjoy the show and relax. |

Decoria confirms participation – back to internal selection!
Norfort, Decoria ― It was confirmed today by the Head of Delegation that the country will participate in the upcoming seventh edition of the Fantasia Contest. It was also confirmed that a national selection would not be held due to several budget cuts. Instead, the broadcaster has opted for an internal selection. The artist has already been selected and the song selection is currently in process.
"We would've loved it if we got the opportunity to continue Dekorifestivalen. However, the budget cut and the low interest has lead us to select our next entry internally, once again. The artist has been selected and we are currently in talks regarding the song. Further announcements regarding our entry will be made within the next weeks, so stay tuned!"
Following the announcement of the broadcaster's plans, clues regarding the selected artist started being posted all over social media. The clues sparked rumors regarding the artist that has been selected. It has been speculated that Roya (Decoria FC #01) has been selected to represent the country for a second time. This was due to a recent tweet made by the singer, along with the clues the broadcaster has been leaving the past days.

More info about Teao's national selection The upcoming selection for Te Ao in the seventh Fantasia Contest will be called "TFRC 7", which stands for Teaoan FC Representation Competition.
The selection will feature 22 songs, allocated in three semi-finals, with 4 qualifiers each. The 12 qualifiers will compete for the crown then.
Voting will always be via a public poll.
The tribal broadcasters each called our for submissions from their tribe, with mixed success and some broadcasters such as the Seksösterian and Züüdgazari ones boycotting the process. Out of all these submissions, the 22 best ones were picked to perform in the shows.
Whether it will be an one-time event, or a recurring one is still up to debate.
The Semi-Finals will start soon, and 7 participants have already confirmed the rumours around their participation as true. These are:

Achróa selects their entry!
In a very very tense result show, the winner was only decided until the very last vote in A Song for Achróa.
We can now reveal the winner - who won by only a 2 point margin amongst 22 sets of votes:
iamamiwhoami / vista
will represent Achróa in Sirenforest!
This is a very unusual turn from the typical Achróan entry - this one is possibly the brightest song of Achróa's whole FC discography and signifies a time in which STA is changing tactic - to do better in the contest; if not to win.

KRTV CONFIRMS THE THIRD PARTICIPATION FOR KINGDOVANIA!
After qualifying for the second time on their participation, still keeping their 100% qualification rate,
KRTV will continue their journey in the Fantasia Contest.
The entry has been sent for approval, and we're still waiting for the remaining council members to approve it.
The entry is to be revealed in the near future!
