Is the rule stating that if a player switches a nation, the nation must withdraw for one edition no longer in effect? I'm just curious.

Wouldn't Bulgaria and Ukraine have to withdraw because Dylan and Liev were the last users to have those countries (NVSC 22)? Maybe I missed something... Thank you for the reply  |

 NorthSong is back!
It has been officially announced that NorthSong will be back for selecting the next greek entry.
5 songs will participate in NorthSong#11 and public will be able to cast its vote.
More information about the method and the songs will be posted after the grand final results of NVSC#22.Whoever would like to suggest a song,please do it by a Personal Message. |

  THE NETHERLANDS WILL PARTICIPATE IN NVSC #23
Amsterdam, Netherlands: The North Vision Song Contest team at AVROTROS has just confirmed to local media that the Netherlands will be participating in NVSC #23, regardless of the result of the first semi final today.
Noordvisie Song Festival will return again for its 5th edition, with an official logo for the first time. It is expected that the selection will expand to 12 songs.
