Today, RTL announced in a press conference that Luxembourg would return to the twenty-third North Vision Song Contest after a one edition break. The new team behind will internally select the entry. |

SRG SSR confirms participation After three failed qualifications the broadcaster hopes to join the Grand Final again in #23.
