All entries, regardless of whether they are selected internally or through a national selection, must be sent to the council for approval. You need 4 yeses in order for your entry to be fully approved.
You are only able to confirm your country's participation and reveal your artist/band at the moment. You can only make your entry public after the results of the ongoing 11th edition. National selections are allowed to take place as soon as they are approved, as long as the results are revealed after the 12th edition has finished.
Please, for the sake of the council, don't send multiple approval messages (i.e - for changing songs). After submitting your second approval, we will NOT respond to or accept any further messages.
If you don't have a country yet, please sign up on the List of Interest where you can have the opportunity to apply for a country in the future!

DÝRIA CONFIRMS
After qualifying to the final once more, DRTV has announced that Dýria would be participating in the 13th edition of Fantasia Contest. Dýria qualified on Saturday evening with IMLÉ and their song Go Deo, Go Deo which was the country's first entry in Irsan. Dýria has been in the final since the 8th edition, and the country has no plans to withdraw anytime soon.
The HoD spoke on DRTV news this morning congratulating the Dýrian representatives and the team on another qualification for the country. When asked about plans for the 13th edition, he stated that:
Given that Dýria is a diverse nation of different languages, traditions, and of course has a diverse music industry, we will be sending a non-Engju song again. Over the past few weeks, submissions have been pouring in and we have narrowed it down to 1 participant. If it wasn't already clear, we have opted for an internal selection once again - but do look out for a return to the national selection format in later editions.."
Dýria will be sending another song that won't be sung in Engju. Although DRTV initially stated that it would remain a secret, the broadcaster decided to reveal that the country's entry would not be sung in Dýrian, Engju or Irsan, but instead, Foreju. DRTV confirmed that they were working with Heiðrik á heygum, a very popular producer in the country, to select their act for the 13th edition.

Lanovina CONFIRMS for FC #13Method of Selection revealed  As usual, Lanovina is one of the first countries to confirm their FC participation, with broadcaster LTR making it clear that the country has no plans to withdraw anytime soon. In a press conference it was confirmed that no major changes from the FC #12 plans will be made, meaning that the country will opt for an internal selection again. Furthermore it has been confirmed that national drag superstar Bianca Del Rio will stay as main TV commentator for the third consecutive edition and will be joined by olympic diver Tom Daley, who commented the finals since the 9th edition and paused in #12 due to the birth of his baby, in the semi finals and "Queer Eye"-star Jonathan Van Ness in the final. |

 Aquia confirms participation!
Today, the Aquian broadcaster, Rede Globo, confirmed their participation in the thirteenth edition of the Fantasia Contest. For the first time since the sixth edition, the entry has been chosen internally. Furthermore, the language rotation that Aquia has mantained since the very first edition will be broken, considering that the entry isn't in Aquian nor in Engju.
More information about the entry will be announced once the results of the current edition are out.
Aquia has participated in the Fantasia Contest twelve times since its debut in the first edition. Since then it has never missed any edition. Despite staying in the semi-finals for the first consecutive editions, Aquia achieved its first qualification in the seventh edition with Noga Erez's entry "Pity" and its first victory in Söndje, Danskanksova, with Eva Simons' entry, "Guaya". The contest is broadcasted in Aquia by Rede Globo.
Aquia's debut entry was Purity Ring with "Bodyache". It was not a successful debut for the country, with Purity Ring coming fourteenth in the semi-final. Since then, Aquia has come last in the semi-finals on a single ocassion, in the second edition, when Anitta sang "Na Batida". Prior to their victory for Eva Simons, with the song "Guaya" in the ninth edition, Aquia's best result in the contest was a twenty-first finish for Noga Erez in the seventh edition. The tenth edition was hosted in Rio de Fevereiro, one of the major cities of Aquia. In that edition, the country was represented by Luísa Sobral who sang "João", ending up in a surprising fourteenth place in the final. In the eleventh edition, Sevdaliza was selected to represent the country with the song "Human", which finished in the third place of the final.
Aquia has failed to reach the final seven times, including from the first edition to the sixth edition. In the ninth edition, Aquia reached the finals with Eva Simons' entry, "Guaya", ending a 1-edition non-appearance in the final, since Inês Brasil didn't qualify to the final with her woldwide hit "Make Love". To conclude a return to the final, they also won the contest for the first time ever, earning 460 points.
Aquia is currently first in the Fantasia Ranking of Nations. |

 Lakadamia confirms for FC #13.The Television Radio of Lakadamia is confirming the participation of Lakadamia for the 13th
Fantasia Contest, after managing to qualify for the second time in a row after FC #01 & #02 The method of selection is however unknown, the broadcaster only revealed that two songs have been choosed
and the results of the Grand Final may decide of the entry that will be sent, one song is in Frajisian, and the other in Engju. However, the TRLK also confirmed that a small national selection with these two songs could happen. More informations from Lakadamia are expected to come after the FC #12 Final Results. |
