I don't think so ;D Some of us have that strange accents of drunks but it's a stereothype  . For example, I may have an accent, but not sounding like that ;D Yeah, it would be kind to others ;D |

Sounds like some Indian guy was speaking. I think Estonians have a 'sort of a Russian' accent when they speak in English, not like this. Hilarious video though.
