/quality post coming, brace yourselves/  Hungary confirms a participation in the upcoming edition. The broadcaster is still debating about the method for choosing the entry. It is most probably going to be an internal selection because of the disappointment among the delegation and they still have post euphoria based on the result in the 22nd edition. |

Bosnia-Herzegovina faces financial issues!
After the questionable result in the on-going edition of  North Vision Song Contest and after the diverse and rather expensive BH Vision #17,  Bosnia-Herzegovina's Head of Delegation stated that the country faces severe financial issues. However, it was confirmed that the country will still be able to compete in the following edition of North Vision Song Contest, but relying on a limited budget. Thus, Bosnia-Herzegovina confirms its participation in the next edition of the competition.
BHRT held discussions with the Bosnian Head of Delegation and it was decided that the country will select its representative internally, as another edition of BH Vision would be impossible to host. Some of the BHRT members were extremely disappointed by the result of the act "Kill a Soundboy" by Salvatore Ganacci & Nailah, mainly because it was a costly act which was meant to assure a high-level performance.
BHRT team promises to bring a different musical facette of the country in the competition. The budget is going to be allocated to the next representative of Bosnia-Herzegovina and their act, in order to have a professional performance.

 Ireland confirms and goes internal!After the successful qualification for the Grand Final of the twenty-eighth edition, RTÉ confirmed their participation in the upcoming edition. Our latest entry was selected using the traditional national selection “Emerald Festival”, but it was decided to not held another edition this time due to a very busy schedule in the summertime. The broadcaster opted for an internal selection instead, and the submissions for the artists, both local and abroad, already started. The best song will be selected by professional juries. A high number of interested artists and songwriters is expected, as the North Vision Song Contest became the most watched show in the country.
After several rumors spread in various external sources about the possible participation of Sarah McTernan, the head of the delegation Michael O’Connor didn’t confirm nor deny the validity of these rumors.
Ireland is participating in the final with Lyra and her song “Falling”, performing under the number 22. We wish her and all of the participants best of luck! |

  Armenia confirms participation in Northvision Song Contest #29
Despite rumours of a possible change in Head of Delegation, Armenia will participate in the twenty-ninth edition of Northvision with the current HoD, Nazar Alexandryan, remaining in his post for a fourth contest
NorthYergy will be held once again, with another 10 songs competing for a chance to represent our nation. The poll system will remain in place, but voters will only be able to select up to three choices in instead of four.
I know I said I was going to enter some draws but tbh I can't be bothered to research a new country from scratch at the moment. Maybe next edition?

Like always  Israel's participation will be decided after the results of Nvsc #28. In the meantime we wish the best of luck to Mergui and everyone else competing in the grand final. Wondering if I can do this also all alone now.  |
