IT'S YGT FOR SLOVENIA
YGT (short for "Your Gay Thoughts"), consisting of the members Gregor Kocijančič, Fejzo Košir and Mina Fina,
is an electronic trio band who started in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana, back in 2011.
The band themselves defines their music as "post-pop", and they're mostly known for having very colourful video projections during their live performances.
One may also define their sound as "Broken jazzy house beats, drawing most of the influence and samples from hip-hop, jazz, funk, boogie, disco, traditional Hawaiian music and exotica."
Singles and albums didn't start dropping from them until 2015, where their first album, The Watercolors, dropped.
Since the release of The Watercolours, the band have been releasing several singles, OG and remix LP's, as well as their latest album, Sinking Ship, which was released in 2018.
Since their musical start, the band have toured and performed in several countries in the Balkans and across Europe.
For their Northvision trip, they'll be performing something from their latest album, namely...
'SINKING SHIP'

A star is born!22/02/2020 • SydneyFollowing an intense three semi-finals and grand final voting period, the winner of the very first edition of Northvision: Australia Decides, and therefore the second ever  Australian representative in Northvision, has been revealed this morning/evening in a results show. Who's the lucky artist with a ticket to  Lillehammer? VANCOUVER SLEEP CLINIC Vancouver Sleep Clinic is the stage name of a band led by Tim Bettinson - an ambient singer, songwriter and producer. They released their first album Revival in 2017 working with Grammy winning Al Shux, before releasing two EPs in 2018 Therapy Phase 01 and Therapy Phase 02 respectively. In Australia Decides, they competed in the 2nd semi-final with their song "Someone to Stay", though interestingly didn't win, only managing to qualify to the grand final in second place with 188 points, 4 points behind semi winners WENGIE and MINNIE. Regardless, in the grand final they captured the hearts of multiple new voting countries, and received the most 12s of any entry in the contest - from  Latvia,  Switzerland,  Spain,  Mali,  Andorra and  The Netherlands. Australia made their North Vision debut in the thirtieth edition as part of the associate broadcaster celebrations, which Vera Blue won with her song "The Way That You Love Me" by just four points ahead of 2nd placed Uzbekistan. IN the grand final, the song came in 7th place with 273 points, only just missing out on an automatic qualification position.
