 São Tomé and Príncipe After the amazing performance that U'Mad Bass and Sílvia Barros in the previous edition and the 5th place awarded for the first time in the country, the delegation of São Tomé and Príncipe is able to confirm its participation in the competition that will take place for the first time in Lesotho.
The head of the delegation said in an interview: "We are very proud that U'Mad Bass and Sílvia Barros managed to give the country a ticket to the grand final of the festive edition 10. It is a great honor for a country like São Tomé and Príncipe to be in the final of the tenth edition of the competition, in a edition where the competition celebrates ten editions".The artist and the song have already been selected and will be announced later! What we can announce is that the song has been signed by the record company KizombaZ TV which also suggested the singer. This is the second time the country has collaborated with this record company, the last time it was in the 5th edition with Flavia. Some details of the entry:~ the singer is a woman
~ was born in Portugal and has roots in Angola and São Tomé and Príncipe
~ was very close to representing the country in the 5th and 6th editions
~ the song is in portuguese.

I never approved Mayotte to be in this contest yet. Firstly, because so many of the other competitors already wanted her, and secondly because we are already at the maximum number of nations in an Own contest (56). I'll make a waitlist and you'll be on top of it, but no Mayotte for now |
